I have serious doubts about its effectiveness at slimming/toning your neckline, but I find it very effective in treating swallowing problems (dysphagia) related to muscle weakness as it allows people who may not be able to tolerate head lifts while laying down to perform a chin tuck against resistance (CTAR).
