I purchased these as emergency containers. I live in Florida so I am sure these will be used sooner or later. Seem to be good quality. They collapse very well. Easy to store. I Will update when used.

worked great but have a little glue smell when I first opened them. I washed it out and filled them up with drinking water for camping and tasted fine. But empty, the smell came back.

I used these on a 4-day trip. They each held up to the abuse of in and out. At one point we had a 1/4 mi portage and they held up to being jostled and tossed. Take care when you wash to allow them to thoroughly dry. It’s a bit of a pain the first time because it’s a bag but can be done.

I like that it has two punch-out blanks on the bottom seam to stow upside down, but it needs a spigot valve, no matter how it is stowed for easy water dispensing. I’ll fashion a petcock (like on a radiator) of some sort. I will use this water bag frozen to keep 5 gal bucket air cooler cold…the right size. After the ice is melted, still have water to pour over the evaporative pad or for drinking.

Certainly, a cheap way to store water – in my case to have drinking water in an emergency such as an impending hurricane. It claims to be food grade and I detected no odor from the inside of the dry container on arrival. But it is a bag, not a rigid container. I sat it on the edge of a bench after filling (not projecting beyond the edge though) and an hour later it had managed to fall to the concrete floor and burst completely open. Dunno quite how that happened. So treat it gently and store it carefully.
