I have to be honest. I wasn’t expecting much when I opened the package. Whenever I charged it up and got to work I could not believe how clean and how soft my face was. Afterward, I soaked a cotton ball in some toner like I normally do before I moisturize and the cotton ball was CLEAN. 100% of the time when I washed my face prior to buying this product there was always dirt left behind.
