I was on the fence after reading the bad reviews, however, I went for it and I’m glad I did! I am about 3 months in and I have no hair in some areas, yes it’s patchy but that was to be expected, but it is working and I have black hair and I am so pale! So far, so good! I recently purchased this device (very quick shipping, too) to get rid of my underarm and leg hair. It came in a beautiful storage case and had everything I needed to get started. I did my first treatment today and it was very easy! I plan to track the results as advised in the instruction manual but it was very easy to use.
