For hiking and exploring it can’t be beaten, your camera is always out and not swinging around your neck waiting to smash into obstacles. If you have a smaller camera, especially most mirrorless versions, just push the order and send buttons and don’t look back. Best accessory I have bought. Get rid of that neckstrap and buy a simple wrist loop if needed.

Perfect for my Fuji X-T20, especially when using a smaller lens, like the 23mm. totally solid, never worry about it disengaging. frees up hands when working, climbing, hiking, etc. Very rapid deployment and once you get used to it you don’t have to look at it to unholster or re-holster.

So this is a really good product it feels rugged and it is really easy to use, the only issue I have is the designer must be left-handed because the release switch is on the left so you can’t 1 handed release and grab the camera, you have to awkwardly use both hands… I tried both sides of my hip no luck, I love the product besides that, haven’t decided if it makes or breaks it yet

A lot easier to change the lens with. I let it hang, take one lens off, twist on the other lens, and it’s good to go. No more trying to juggle a camera and 2 lenses when it came time to change them out.

I got this as a birthday gift and it’s the most useful accessory I’ve gotten so far. I love to do street photography and nature photography. Straps get kinda heavy on your neck after walking around long enough. Having my camera on my hip is so much easier to handle.
