It’s nice and bright when it’s dark. What people have to remember is that you fit the waist strap to your waist, not the hips. Fits greats, and I know when the weather gets colder I will have plenty of straps to extend the size when I need a thicker jacket.

Has a thick utility-like belt that adjusts and snaps together in the front with neon lights attached that go over the shoulder and around the back (they are sort of like those neon tubes they use for glow necklaces), but are actual flights operated by a switch attached.
